I cannot recommend Josh highly enough! From start to finish, the inspection was thorough, professional, and incredibly informative. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions along the way.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked—they inspected every corner of the home and provided practical recommendations that gave me real peace of mind. The report was delivered promptly, with clear photos, easy-to-understand explanations, and helpful suggestions for both immediate repairs and long-term maintenance.

Beyond the technical expertise, Josh was personable, honest, and genuinely cared about ensuring I felt confident in my decision. Buying a home can be stressful, but their knowledge and professionalism made the process much smoother.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and reliable home inspector, Josh is the one to call. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to family and friends without hesitaion.

Vertical Inspections did an outstanding job. Thorough, concise and communication was prompt and complete. Given that we were not in town during the inspection, we placed our trust in Vertical Inspections and they did not disappoint.

Really awesome team to work with. Josh and his crew were super thorough, punctual, respectful. The inspection report was easy to read and understand. And Josh still took the time to go over all items on the report. Vertical Inspections saved us from a bad deal on a deteriorating house. And they're already on the schedule to inspect our next potential home.

Highly recommend using Josh and his team at Vertical Inspections. Easy to schedule and extremely thorough inspection. He took time to explain each section to us and review all the photos taken so we understood exactly what and where each came from. I had extra concerns and questions as a first time home buyer, he was so patient with me as he walked through each with extra explanations, personal insights, advice and assurance.
